Screw maintenance attention
Introduction:
Screws are commonly used on all major mechanical equipment, and have a close relationship with the performance of mechanical equipment. If the screws are suddenly damaged during use, and the equipment may be seriously damaged, the equipment will not operate properly, so we are using the screw process. In the case, it is best to carry out maintenance and maintenance in order to use it more safely.
There are six major issues to be aware of when using screws for maintenance:
1. The process of rinsing the screws is very important. It needs to be very careful and careful, and there will be residues left on the surface of the screws. This step of rinsing is done after the silicate cleaner has been cleaned.
2. The stacking of the screw during the tempering heating process should be completed, otherwise it will cause slight oxidation in the quenching oil.
3. The phosphide white residue will appear on the surface of the high-strength screw, indicating that the inspection at the first point is not careful enough.
4. There will be blackening on the surface of the parts to cause chemical reversal, indicating that the work in the heat treatment is not done well, and the alkaline residue on the surface is not completely removed.
5. The standard parts of the parts will be rusted during rinsing, and the water used for rinsing should be replaced frequently.
6. Excessive rusting indicates that the quenching oil has been used for too long, and it is necessary to add new oil or replace it.
